You know, from time to time I really enjoy to see young Romanian's entrepreneurs making new products for Internet use.
I personably try to encourage them and give as much credit I can. Couple of times ago, on "Way To Go Romania!" post I also featured 2 Romanian netpreneurs.
Today I want to present you something very new.
The first product came from Ciprian Pintea. He develop a very nice and useful software called KaizenTrack™.
According to Ciprian, "KaizenTrack™ is hands down one of the best tracking, testing and tweaking software designed for direct marketers on the Internet".
"This is not your ordinary stats software. KaizenTrack™ was conceived to fulfill the wishes of any fanatic tester plus the demands of any serious marketer that wanted to know real-time with 100% accuracy the results of his marketing...", said Pintea.
To be honest, this new software do a LOT of things! I won't spoil your surprise so check the KaizenTrack Optimization System presentation. I'm sure you'll have a nice surprise...
The second product I want you to look at it is made by Codrut Turcanu.
Codrut is not the first time on my blog. He develop a line of products around the idea of 'forcing' successful people to make "confessions".
His latest e-package, "ClickBank Affiliate Confessions", was developed out of a desire to help people become a bigger success in ClickBank affiliate marketing.
I must say, Codrut is a co-author for this project.
"Like the people interviewed for this project, we want to help you become a success, and we've come up with as many tools as we can think of to do that.
You'll find a lot of different tactics discussed in this e-book, and a lot of different niches are being promoted too. Not every interviewee agrees on the best way to achieve results, but they are all using their own techniques with great success...", said Heather Vale, co-author of this package.
And Codrut continue: "Pick what resonates with you, and try it out. As they all like to say, the secret is in taking action. Be persistent, and you too can become a ClickBank Affiliate success story!"
In the end, if you want a bulletproof system for tracking and testing your online letters, and if you also use ClickBank (not one of my favorites -- sic!), now it's the perfect time to check out these 2 new products.

I've read your blog on Kaizen Track, and I have purchased the Kaizen Track software, but have to say I am more than dissappointed.
The videos they provide to show the end user how to use their software are inadequate to say the least. The narrator goes over the software and skips key areas completely. For example, there isn't ANY video to show the user how to use or 'decode' the results that are returned form the Taguchi test. So how is my client supposed to know which is converting the best?
No explanation is provided at all? This is the KEY area ... the entire POINT of the software, and they don't even have a video to cover it. Unreal! I guess my client will have to be psychic, pay me to figure it out for him, or figure it out for himself.
Pathetic!
The support they offer... so called 'King Treatment' is non-existent. It takes them more than 24 hours to answer one email. When I am in a development project with a client, I cant afford to wait 24 hours for customer support, for EACH email. A simple exchange of emails, takes 4 days to get a simple answer. That's 4 days of lost revenue, and increased fees my clients have to face while I deal with ... Romania?
My pet peeve is the software assumes the user has a lot of knowledge, but doesn't add in any help files.
For example, split test tracking in HTML pages 'requires' the user to choose the javascript method of tracking. The 'image' method of tracking ONLY works in PHP, but nowhere is this noted in the software or manual or videos. It required emails - 3 days this time - to solve that.
The PHP Split Test destroyed the html of the file it created for me to upload. I have tried it 3 times now, and each time I get uncertain, and broken results. The error is obvious, as it is exporting \ escaped html tags, which is PHP safe, directly to the browser... which is mangling the output. I ended up with ... erratic results to tsay the least. So I decided to use the Taguchi test itself, which created the first problem I mentioned.
The documentaion is non-existent, no peer support forums (which undoubtedly would have solved these irritations), and 24 hour turn around for support emails makes this software a serious headache to use. The $197 price is way too expensive for a script that has cost my client now in excess of $1300 in lost revenue, and additional fees to me.
I am requesting a refund and purchasing a $500 dollar script simply for the superior level of documentaiton and support. Even at $197, a script that is a waste of TIME is a waste of MONEY!
I give away HUNDREDS of minisites each day to newbies and advanced users alike. I can not in any conscience recommend this product to anyone but the most advanced user with PHP experience and lots of patience to work it out for themselves.
Definitely not a matured script designed for new users. It appears to have been built in a hurry to cash in on the Taguchi craze for the internet marketing industry.

I’m Ciprian Pintea from www.KaizenTrack.com and because I’ve received an email from Valeriu Popescu I will write a commentary in order to defend the reputation of KaizenTrack.
Indeed, David is right in some of the aspects he points. I will analyze and reply to every objection he has.

I haven’t had yet the honor to talk to Dr. Kowalick, but I heard that he is pleased in knowing in the marketplace of today exists software that integrated his work.
And I believe that is because KaizenTrack handles all the L18 Taguchi arrays and heard only good things about it.
I’ve even heard on a phone conversation with Mario Fantoni ( www.TaguchiNow.com ), that few of the biggest online corporations are using and loving KaizenTrack.
And from a “software for elite marketers” perspective, we’ve achieved pretty many things even though KaizenTrack was launched only 2 months ago.
Yet, David is right on some aspects…
We wrongfully assumed that marketers already know many things about testing and tracking. That’s why, I’ve recorded only 6 video tutorials that exaplain the set-up of KaizenTrack and how to conduct tests.
We’ve focused on creating a “one click away” user interface that was easy to use (and many of our clients give us full credit for this), but we haven’t completely explained how everything works.
I will now take the time to reply to David and answer his concerns.

We believe the Taguchi interface tells many things about the results…

You can see what variables influenced the response, the predicted response rate, previews of all the version of the variables that influence the response.
You can also quickly save the best version of the Taguchi test easily.
But because, I have to admit that we haven’t provided more information than this and we will do this…

Indeed, we don’t currently offer a LIVE 24/7 Client Support service.
We do reply to every single email that gets to us and not many services can say that…

Indeed. We haven’t specified that the “image” method of tracking ONLY works in PHP. And we will change that.

I don’t know why this happened. But if you can send an email to costel@kaizentrack.com with more details about it, we will solve the problem.
What I can promise is that in June, we will provide a professional help documentation that will support a lot greatly our clients. And like I promised, every one that is in the list of clients for the promotional KaizenTrack 1,000 will receive the updates for free.
We will also take in consideration to open a support and feedback forum, so your suggestion is welcomed. Probably we will do that in June also.
As a final note, we recently worked on some power features for KaizenTrack and every client of KaizenTrack will receive an update of KaizenTrack in June.
This update I’m sure will please many clients and I want to keep everything a surprise for the moment.
I know that we can't make every single client happy, but we will try to achieve this with the big majority of our clients.

As you can see, Ciprian Pintea reply to a few of your concerns. But there are a few points I want to discuss here.
The Internet Profits Blog is a business... OK, a business blog. His purpose is to make money and also to supply visitors with useful information. From time to time I use my blog to support some talented netpreneurs from my country, Romania.
Like it not, I bet you saw at least one thing made online by someone from Romania. That's because a lot of Romanians works for other people's projects, especially for those from the US market.
And I'm talking about things like programming, designing, writing and many other things. They do this work either for big gorillas like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, either for small/medium online companies. Trust me, you'll be surprised to discover how many of them works this way!
So at least once in your life you saw something good made by a Romanian... as I think KaizenTrack is.
If you watch to the post, you'll see I didn't use an affiliate link. My purpose is NOT to make money from this software. I simply want to promote and to encourage netpreneurs like Ciprian to make their OWN living online.
I want to help them to stop working for other people. I BELIEVE it's time to work for their one!
Sure, Ciprian make some BIG mistakes. He is at his FIRST product. Geez, give him some credit here, don't you think? And you know what? Show me a single programmer who excel at marketing. Or a marketing genius who did amazing things with different scripts.
I'm sure that Pintea and his team make their homeworks right now and will remove all the hard things you pass through pretty soon.

Well... The mistakes that we did are not that BIG. The majority of our clients are very happy with KaizenTrack.
We had a fantastic growth and start and we provided to many people a very good solution.
Few of our overall clients asked for more support and we will provide that too.
Most of them asked for more features... and we will give them the requested features if we can add them.
The news on KaizenTrack spreaded because it is a GOOD service for our clients... and not because it is a bad one.
I estimate that the 1,000 copies available for this promotion will be sold out very soon and after that we will close the doors to this service at these prices. Or maybe even consider taking it out of the market for good.

Nothing has happened.
No support forum.
No software update.
No additional training videos.
No additional documentation.
Nothing.
It has been more than 4 weeks, and they have been given a perfect opportunity to improve the product, answer my concerns, and get something positive from this, and they have chosen to do nothing.
I won't bog this blog down with it, just go to the post and read what I have said.
If nothing happens quickly I will be releasing my OWN 'Review' site of KT and thoroughly going through the software live in video and posting the results to it.
It will not be complimentary.
I WILL have quality software for my clients, or I will raise hell to get it.
