Listen to this article Listen to this article as an mp3 file
That's a really great headline. I like it so much! I even included into my newsletter subscribing web page.

Today I want to share with you something different. In the past few weeks I saw many internet marketing pros' publishing their newsletter issues on their blogs. Hhmmm...

Well, I cannot agree 100% and certainly will not fit my situation. You know, a regular issue of my Internet Marketing Profits Newsletter have normally up to 4-5,000 words! You get plenty of solid internet marketing profit tips on every issue, so normally, considering the lenght, it will be very hard for me to post it here.

But you know what, I found a simple way to keep you up-to-date with my latest tips. So, from now one, I will post into my Internet Profits Blog only a few paragraphs from every article I wrote (me or my contributors). And I will give you a link back to my full online version.

So let's get started, right? The latest issue includes:

1) "What Is Blogging And Why Should I Blog?"

In this article your will learn what blogging really is and why you should start blogging. Unless you've been completely Internet free for the past several months to a year, you have probably heard about these "blog" sites but you may not know what a blog is. Or perhaps you know what a blog is but you want to learn more about how blogs are being used and if blogging is something you could benefit from.

In this article you will learn exactly what blogging is and what blogging is not and why you should or should not start blogging. I will attempt to demystify the definition of blogging if you absolutely aren't quite sure what a blog really is.

A blog is generally defined as an online journal that is updated frequently and where your articles are listed in reverse chronological order when they are published. That means your articles are published with the most recent article listed first in date and time order.

2) "Three Smart Netpreneurs Share Their Secrets to Earning More Than $100,000 a Year From Home"

Every so often, I like to use an issue of this newsletter to share the online success stories of some of my students and fellow Internet entrepreneurs.

It's a great opportunity for all of us (myself included) to see how some of you are using the kinds of strategies I teach for growing your business and boosting your profits!

All too often, I see entrepreneurs trying to market their businesses a dozen different ways all at once... and not really succeeding at any of them! If you have many different marketing strategies in place, and you find that none of them are really getting you're the results you need, try focusing on just one and giving it all you've got. I think the results might surprise you!

As you read the case studies below, remember that these are "real people" just like you and me. Each one of these entrepreneurs focuses on the key marketing strategy they think will benefit their business, does it well, maximizes profits, and then moves on to developing their business further.

The 10 Principles of Successul JV's (Part I)

Listen to this article Listen to this article as an mp3 file
I hear people saying from time to time: if you don't have an old man, "buy" one as fastest you can! God knows they are right.

Today I have a special article about the most powerful guerilla marketing weapon: joint venturing. I found this article beyond the average, yet it looks very simple. Don't take it too easy!

These principles works for many years and will continue to work. If you want to settle-down a joint venture in the next weeks or so, read every single word. And don't forget to read my theme article called Joint Venture 101 - The Quickest Way To Build Your eBusiness.

Let's started...

At 94 years of age, Roy Neuberger had little to regret. He was internationally recognized as one of the world's greatest investors, having started and run a multibillion-dollar investment management company.

Even during the crash (and most of the 20th century), the man never had a losing year. You might say he knows a thing or two about investing - and business in general.

This article is not about investing - it's about joint ventures. But what I found is that Neubereger's 10 Principles of Successful Investing, espoused in his book, "So Far, So Good - The First 94 Years," also apply to joint ventures (with a little creative interpretation).

1. Know Thyself

You must know your strengths, weaknesses, and desires. What skills do you bring to the table? Where can you best add value? Where might you NOT be as strong?

I would add 1(a): Know Thy Partner. Find out first what your partner wants; in other words, give first, take second. When both people enter into a relationship with a giving mentality, both people get the better end of the deal.

2. Study the Great Investors

Not only is there no need to reinvent the wheel, but assuming that we have all the answers communicates an arrogance to your partners, and disrespects those who came before you.

The masters know what works and what doesn't; in many cases, their observations and insights still work today. In other cases, you may take a technique of theirs and adapt for your own business. But always make sure to study the masters in your field of interest.

3. Beware of the Sheep Market

What is the "sheep market?" The sheep market emanates from the "herd mentality," which is based on trends and fads. In the case of JVs, it means crafting your proposals like 99.9% of the proposals your prospect receives on a daily basis.

Go the extra mile. Do something special that shows you care. Stand out from the crowd. Call your prospect. It's the only way you'll get noticed.

4. Keep a Long-Term Perspective

JVs are more about relationships than they are about one-time deals. It's more important to find the right PEOPLE to work with than it is to find the right DEALS to make.

You can make a TON of money by focusing on a few key, long-term relationships. If you're only thinking in the short-term, you won't create lasting partnerships.

5. Get in and out in Time

We can interpret this principle in two ways.

First: Make sure your offer makes sense from a timing perspective. Don't rush it, and don't delay it for two long. Also, make sure the timing of the offer is relevant to your partner's market.

Second: If the deal isn't working - or you don't like the person you're working with - get out!! The worst thing you can do for yourself is to persist at a deal you hate in quiet desparation.

There you have it - the first 5 principles of successful investing. Of course, none of these principles is to be taken as the gospel - but they all should give you something to think about.

And most importantly, ask yourself: how can I apply any or all of these first 5 principles to my own business and/or life? Print these out, read them a couple times, and watch your JVs flourish.

Way To Go Romania!

Listen to this article Listen to this article as an mp3 file
I was born in Romania. I live in Romania. I breath Romania. That's me. Like you guys and girls, I love my country. And the people, even sometimes I have some doubts regarding a few (LOL!).

But today I'm very proud. For years I watch the Internet over a few Romanian netpreneurs. I found couple of them and start helping. But I wasn't satisfied only with this.

I know that many Romanian's are working for other netpreneurs. Perhaps you use or try some of their work without knowing who is behind the product or service. Most of them "walk" smoothless around the Net. They prefer to build products for different projects and to be paid at fraction of their value of work.

But this will soon change. This week was really great because two Romanian netpreneurs finally release their OWN products almost at the same time, without knowing each other.

The first one was Codrut Turcanu, a friend of mine. He is at the second book. The first one is called "Super Affiliates Confessions Revealed!"- http://www.superaffiliatesconfessions.com

In this book, Codrut has tracked down 12 super affiliates from around the world and interviewed them. I'm not sure they're really "confessions" but they are in-depth interviews with super affiliates who are quietly earning thousands a month - nearly all of them fulltime - from affiliate programs.

Now he is back with "Niche Site Confessions Revealed" - http://www.nichesiteconfessions.com

This time Codrut interview three people about how to make a living online with mini sites. In a recent email, Phil Wiley (who was interviewed) told me:

"I now deeply regret doing the interview. That's not some kind of reverse psychology sales spiel (I'm not that clever). I really DO regret doing it.

Not because I've spilled out everything that I know about coming up with ideas for niche sites, and then quickly turning those ideas into profitable sites. And not because I'm scared of people "stealing" my ideas and copying my sites (though naturally I don't like it when that happens).

No, I regret doing the interview for a far more mercenary reason. Money.

What I should have done was put all the same information into a book of my own and made a small fortune selling it. I've spilled out everything that I know, including some keyword research results that I wish I'd kept to myself. And I've not held anything back. I've written down, step-by-step, exactly how you can put out dozens of profitable sites."

Great work Codrut!

The second release this week from Romania comes from a guy I didn't know it. His name is Dorel Nechifor, a programmer that works full time for couple of big internet marketing names.

His first product is called "Flash Ad Rotator" - http://www.flashadrotator.com

This new piece of software will create powerful ads that your web site visitors will notice immediately. These types of ads are more effective than banner ads because they blend into your site and don't look like ads. They'll actually enhance the look of your site.

You simply place one single line of code wherever you want the ads to display and you'll be making commissions on as many products as you want. Since it's about flash and ads, you have to see this software in action. Two thumbs for Dorel!

That's it for today my friends and... Way To Go Romania!

2005 Predictions - Watershed Ground

Listen to this article Listen to this article as an mp3 file
2004 was an amazing year for the search engine marketing sector. Over the past year, search has become the most important aspect of the World Wide Web, eclipsed only by Email as the most widely used online application. Benefiting from a highly profitable year, the Big3 of Google, Yahoo and MSN enter 2005 with what appears to be a lock-hold on the future of the sector.

The next twelve months will change the way we relate to information, not only over the Internet but in the offline world as well. There will be a lot more of it available at the click of a button.

Aside from thirsty searchers, the first to be affected will be traditional information outlets such as libraries, encyclopedias, newspapers and telephone directories.

Traditional media will start to feel a significant financial pinch as information provision moves from print to digital mediums. How the traditional information outlets will cope with these changes remains to be seen but for the time being, expect many to follow the old adage, "if you can't beat them, join them".

The move towards personalization by the major search engines will result in a change in the way sites are designed and the way SEO is practiced. PHP design enthusiasts will rejoice as regionally unique information-inserts become a major tool in the advanced SEO sector.

Another strain of doorway page dependent SEO techniques will also evolve but given the changing requirements of an increasing number of search tools, the techniques might not be considered "black-hat" entirely. It will likely become a case of "it ain't what you do it's the way that you do it."

Search engine spiders have become far more powerful than ever before reading and recording information from file types they were previously unable to access. As more information is accessible through search engines, a series of major algorithm shifts is inevitable.

We know that both MSN(beta) and IBM are working to introduce what are being referred to as "Third Generation" search tools designed to find context in specific phrases and paragraphs found on pages in their indexes. Expect the others to follow suit.

Broadband access will peak above 75% for most US home users in 2005. Now that legal challenges between the cable firms and telephone companies in the US seems to have been settled, US consumers will continue their mass-migration towards high-speed connectivity at home.

Like most waves of migration, this will have an enormous impact on the business of entertainment. The availability of high-speed home access will spell the end of the big-business of entertainment distribution firms such as the mainstream music industry.

As the RIAA did not take advantage of the two-year time lag between the United States adopting broadband and the rest of the wired world enjoying high-speed connectivity, many of their members will find themselves unprepared to cope with increasing digital demand from consumers. Expect to see a round of mergers and conglomeration in the music industry as smaller players team up to stave off the inevitable.

SEOs will start to see and use phrases like "Web-Document(s)" as often as they see or use the word-phrase "web site(s)". Search engine listings today reference material from sources that can no longer be consistently described as "websites". For instance, a unique video file referenced by Google might or might not be housed on the same server as the web page that links to it.

Similarly, that web page might or might not reside on the same server as the rest of the website it is a part of. Therefore links found on Search Engine Results Pages do not necessarily refer to websites as is the current norm, but will increasingly point to specific web-documents.

This trend will lead to the development of page-specific SEO techniques and may result in a regression of SEO techniques back towards doorway or leader pages. Someone far wiser than me will coin a better term than "web-documents".

Jim Hedger will be beaten to a pulp in certain SEO forums for the first fifteen days of the new year for even suggesting Doorway pages might make a come back.

Several new types of vertical search engine will be introduced. Most will be based on a user-pay model in which the user pays to find and download entertainment materials such as music files, streaming live events and television shows.

We live in a universe in which practically any digital file can be spidered, indexed and referenced by search tools. Most pioneering firms will not succeed as searchers discover they can find the same material through one of the major search tools.

Watch for Yahoo to try to enter this arena before the others do.

Somehow, this year will be the beginning of the end for one of the Big3. Google, Yahoo and MSN each have to make some defining decisions based on what the others are doing. In 2004, each of the Big3 worked to introduce several similar features and tools such as desktop search and support for Bloggers.

By trying to overextend themselves against their competition, one of the Big3 will make a fatal error in judgment leading to a slow but obvious decline.

Google will absorb the Library of Congress but due to Federal funding cutbacks, no one is around to raise an alarm.

Smaller businesses will work to keep the Big3 honest by demanding stronger organic results. An article earlier today likened the current search engine world to a penny-farthing bicycle with the larger front wheel representing PPC and the smaller back wheel representing organic SEO.

As costs for PPC increase, expect to see a quiet revolt amongst smaller PPC advertisers as they begin to become more sophisticated, switching back and forth between PPC and organic campaigns as their sales-cycle suits them.

Google needs to figure out the limits of what it seems to think is infinity. That's enough to drive any corporate culture to distraction. Fortunately, Google continues to live in what might as well be an infinite universe as the scope of GoogleBot's reach keeps growing exponentially.

At the same time, the scope of AdWords real estate is also growing exponentially, thus providing plenty of fuel for future exploration. Google's big problem this year will be preventing the inevitable backlash as web users learn that increasingly Google is to the Web what Microsoft was to PCs a decade ago.

MSN will enter the PPC market by the end of the first quarter. This prediction is relatively easy to make as MSN has been headhunting some of the most well known names in Search Engine Marketing the past few weeks.

Smaller search tools such as Ask Jeeves and Vivisimo (Clusty) will be recognized for their innovations in the field of search. Ask Jeeves will market their backend search engine, Teoma as a stand alone alterative to Google, MSN and Yahoo with some degree of success. Vivisimo will finally find marketing firms that can help them brand their clustering technology with names search engine users can actually relate to.

Video advertisements will start to appear alongside organic search results. This is almost a reality as a Texan start-up, SiSTeR.TV is in negotiations with several of the largest search engines.

The law of Karma will sneak up on Microsoft from two totally different directions. First, Microsoft will begin to feel a great deal of heat from the super-hot Firefox browser.

With market penetration of almost 15% in the last quarter of 2004 and continued hype, the Explorer browser may find itself in deep trouble. Secondly, Google is rumoured to be assisting in the development of a new operating system that could challenge Microsoft's greatest asset, the Windows operating system.

Search Engine Optimizers and Marketers will be treated like the super-stars they really are. StepForth's Head SEO Scott Van Achte will be asked to head British Columbia's government in early May but will turn down the position as the job is simply not intense enough for his liking.
Ok, that's it for the beginning of this year.

One thing I do know is that by the end of this new year, search engines will be remarkably different than they are today. The Internet as we understand it today will seem like a Model T car in twelve months time.

The Net is about to get faster, bigger and much more interesting.

How To Blast Your Internet Marketing Profits In 2005

Listen to this article Listen to this article as an mp3 file
A new year come and many people think at their new strategies for 2005. The main question at the beginning of this year still the same: what will work in 2005?

In December 2003, on my Internet Marketing Profits Newsletter - issue 37, I post an article written by the well-known internet marketer, Jim Edwards. He analize the big issues of 2003 and make some predictions for 2004.

At that time he wrote:

"In case you didn't notice, a lot more audio, video, and multimedia appeared online this year (2003)... due largely to improvements in streaming technology. We've seen audio testimonials, multi-media newsletters and a host of downloadable products incorporating much more than written words on digital paper.

My predictions about Multi-Media for 2004:

1. You'll see an ever-increasing number of multi-media products.

2. A lot of really cool tools will come out this year to help the technically challenged do some really awesome things with video and audio.

3. High-quality, full-motion streaming video will NOT make it to dial up connections this year (like it has for high- speed)... but 2005? My guess says... YES!"

Pretty cool, right? The multi-media channel really flourish in 2004. I've see a lot of internet marketers adding more tele-seminars, audio ebooks, video presentations to their strategies.

But Jim forgot to tell you about one amazing tool:

Internet Radio!

That's right. Radio shows will continue their boom around the Internet. Comparing to tele-conferences, where "seats" are limited, a radio show is practically available to everyone as long as you have installed on your computer Windows Media Player or WinAmp. And they are FREE!

Here's the radio "station" I like it: wsRadio Talk Show (http://www.wsradio.com/).

Solid information divided into several categories like Arts and Entertainment, Associations, Auto and Motor Sports, Business, Health, Mind and Body, Hobbies and Enthusiasts, Internet and Tech, Lifestyle, Money and Investing, Politics, Programas en Espanol, Sports and Recreation, Women.

But I like to talk about those categories that we, as internet marketers, are fully interested. These are the one sponsored by The Entrepreneur Magazine.

1) "Common Sense Internet" Radio Show with Chris Malta & Rob Cowie

Chris Malta is a well-known ECommerce "guru" who has helped more than a million people all over the world to avoid the traps, pitfalls and scams surrounding Home Internet Business for many years, through worldwide publication of his popular Home EBusiness articles and EBooks.

Robin Cowie is a highly accomplished Internet Marketer and ECommerce Business Developer.

Together, they bring you The 'Common Sense Internet' Radio Show. This show debunks the scams and myths, and exposes the real world of Home-based Internet Business, behind all the smoke and mirrors you find on the Internet.

2) "Entrepreneur Magazine's E-Biz Show" with Chris Malta & Rob Cowie

The E-Biz Show covers the Internet from the basics to the latest innovations to help you grow and prosper by learning from leading experts, specialists and authors. You'll case studies and business models that you can apply immediately for ease and profitability as a Netpreneur.

3) "Entrepreneur Magazine Sales and Marketing" with Anthony Parinello

Tony Parinello is one of the leading sales gurus and the author of the bestselling books, Selling to VITO and Think and Sell like a CEO. Whether you're running a one-person operation or have dozens of salespeople, if you need to boost sales, you won't want to miss this show.

4) "Search Engine Radio" (http://www.seoradio.com/) with Brad Fallon

Brad Fallon is the founder of SEO Research, LLC, a research laboratory dedicated to pure and applied research in the area of search engine optimization. SEORadio is his latest project with the goal of sharing their research results with marketers and business owners around the world.

Search Engine Radio is dedicated to discussing anything and everything about search engines. Key topic areas include search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, and the latest search engine software, tools, and techniques.

This radio show is my favorite. Look at his past guests:

John Cota (owner of The Powerlinks service), Shawn Pringle (owner of PR Prowler and Total Optimizer Pro), Evan Lesser (Senior Developer at LinkManager), Nathan Weinberg (editor/reporter and author of InsideGoogle, a blog dedicated to everything Google), David Burn (CEO of Copernic Technologies), Doug Perlson (Senior Vice President, General Manager for Kanoodle), David McInnis (founder of PR Web), Barry Schwartz (founder of Search Engine Roundtable, a blog focusing on the latest talk in search), Garrett French (editor and author at Web Pro News), Aaron Schwartz (writer, coder, and author of Google Weblog), Andy Beal (Vice President Search Marketing for KeywordRanking), and many others.

You want to profit in 2005? Well, it's easy: start listening this radio shows. And don't bother if you miss a broadcast. All radio shows have an archive! It couldn't be better than this.
